🚨6 Week Grade - THIS IS AN ELIGIBILITY CHECK! - September 20th🚨

This is an eligibility check. Any student not passing all of their classes on September 20th with be ineligible to participate in all UIL activities from September 27th - October 17th. It is VERY likely that a primary marcher who becomes ineligible will lose their primary marching spot for the remainder of the competitive season.

Saturday October 5th

Student's have received their black tank tops that will be worn under the contest uniform. Please check with your student to make sure they have this. We do not have extra shirts so it is very important that they do not lose this. JV Drumline will not receive a tank top. We are encouraging families to purchase an extra plain black tank top (non-cotton material) to wear on Friday nights during contest season.

If you are planning to go to the game and want to hang with the band students, come chaperone with us! The sign up has all the games.Background check is required and a chaperone form. These forms are in the Chaperone SportsYou group (codes below)

We will meet in the band hall at 4:30 on Friday. It’s always a fun time!

Hello PISD band families!

We are hosting our third annual Bands of America contest on Saturday, October 12! There are many volunteer opportunities for adults and students. Please scroll through them all and sign up where you are able.

All volunteers will start at the volunteer check-in table to get a wrist band and further instructions. Volunteers (with the exception of Concessions) will receive a volunteer t-shirt to be worn during your shift. Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your shift to allow time for check-in.

**TIMES/NEEDS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE** as we learn more about the schedule. We appreciate your flexiblity and understanding.

As we get closer to the event, there will be a volunteer training meeting in the Community Room at Children's Health Stadium. Please attend if you are signed up in any position.

Have you been wanting to dip your toe into taking a little bigger role in the Prosper Band Booster club? Well, have I got the perfect opportunity for you. We need someone to be the point person for our senior activities! We love our 2025 seniors and want to make sure they feel the love on Senior Night (10/31). You WILL have help, this is very do-able - I just need someone to be the point person.

Boy o' Boy do we have the coolest new opportunity for you!

If you're looking for a way to leave your mark on the Mighty Eagle band, look no further. We are in desperate need of new shade tents for the marching band. News flash: The sun is bright and the weather is hot in TX y'all! These babies need covering.

For just $50 you can have up to 50 characters of your choice printed on a tent for all the world to see! Cool, right? Add your kids names, your family name + year, maybe your kids go in together and get a section name, seniors?? In turn for your tax deductible donation, we promise to showcase your name on the tents for a minimum of two years. BUT HURRY! There are just 128 spots available! You aren't confirmed until your payment is received so until then, it's up for grabs! We need these tents ASAP so we will open it up to middle schools and the public one week from today! (9/25)

Our directors do so many amazing things for our kiddos and the hospitality team wants to take a moment each month to celebrate them! Sign up with a small group to plan/provide treats for our directors on your month of choice and make it a special day. A few examples are fancy drinks, lunch, breakfast burritos/bagels, snacks, desserts, gift cards, etc. The gesture can be as big or as small as you want to make it. It’s really just a small token of your appreciation!

*This will be at your own expense, after you sign up we will provide a favorites list for each director.
