King's Highway Staffing Update

I am writing to inform you of an important update regarding our staff. After much consideration, Ms. Miles, who has been an integral part of our school community, has accepted a new opportunity as a reading specialist in a different school district. While we are sad to see her go, we are grateful for her positive impact on students and for her dedication during her time with KHES. Please join me in extending our sincere thanks to Ms. Miles for her hard work and commitment to our school and students. We wish her all the best in her future endeavors.

As we navigate this transition, we are pleased to announce that Ms. Hume will be joining our team as the new teacher when students return from break. Ms. Hume brings a wealth of experience and passion for education, holding a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and a Master's degree in K-6 mathematics. We are confident that she will continue to support and inspire our students as they continue their learning journey.

We understand that transitions can be challenging, and we are committed to providing the support necessary to make this as smooth as possible for students and families. Ms. Miles and I will inform students tomorrow morning that her last day with King's Highway is Friday, December 20th.
