Bristow Run Panther Press
September 6, 2024
Dear Panther Families,
We are off to a great start at Bristow Run Elementary! Teachers and students have begun building relationships, establishing routines, and creating classroom communities that will set the stage for a successful year of learning together. As administrators, we look forward to working closely with our families to strengthen our school/family partnership. We hope to see many of our families at our annual fall block party on Friday, Sept. 20 at 5:30.
Back to School Nights are quickly approaching! Grades K-2 will be Tuesday, Sept 24 at 6:00 pm and grades 3-5 will be Thursday, Sept 26 at 6:00 pm. Following the teachers’ presentations, administration will have a short meeting with parents in the gym to review our school’s Continuous Improvement Plan. We will start at 7:00 and will conclude no later than 7:30. It’s important that parents attend BTSN to meet with their child’s teacher to learn more about ways to support your child at home. Parent partnerships help strengthen your child’s success in school!
Please take time to review the rest of our school newsletter for important updates and events coming soon. We certainly appreciate all our families and look forward to a wonderful year of learning, fun and success at BRES!
