WELLNESS TIP OF THE MONTH
Prioritize Sleep
Getting enough rest is essential for athletic performance and overall well-being. Lack of sleep can lead to decreased reaction time, poor decision-making, and increased injury risk. Aim for 7-9 hours of quality sleep each night to help your body recover and perform at its best. Try to establish a consistent bedtime routine and limit screen time before bed to improve sleep quality.
