Middle schoolers have another round of immunizations due. Students who do not have documentation updated will be unable to attend school after October 1st. Here are some free immunization opportunities.

We will have an immunization clinic at our school on September 30th. This is only for those on Medicaid (not private insurance). Forms will be distributed at conferences to those still in need of immunization updates.

Here is a link to the Arkansas Immunization Exemption Application. If parents choose to complete this application, it is also due by October 1.
