ALDER AVENUE MIDDLE SCHOOL

This week our 8th grade students were visited by High School Coaches. Thank you to Coach Luchio (Cross Country and Track & Field), Coach White (Volleyball) and Coach Lambert (Boys & Girls Soccer). The coaches went over eligibility, summer workouts and the benefits of getting involved in Sports.

Our Band students delighted the audience with the Spring Band Concert. They joined Miller and Fernwood's bands. As always it was an amazing showcase of talent by our students.

Students that expressed interest in culinary participated in Chefs in the Classroom program. Students learned about ratios in cooking and creating recipes for a variety of clientele.

Our 7th grade students spent the afternoon at Playland Castaway Cove. They had a great time and smiles were seen all around. Thank you Ms. Feld and staff for ensuring our students had a great time

Alder and Fernwood will be having their 8th grade done on Monday. June 17th from 6:30 to 8:30.
