Principal's Message
Dear Parents and Families,
As we enter the final month of the year, I want to take a moment to reflect on all we have accomplished together in the first half of the school year. Our students have shown tremendous growth, and we’ve seen them reach new academic, social, and emotional milestones. I am incredibly proud of their hard work, and I appreciate the support each of you has provided to help make this year a success.
December is a time to celebrate our school community, and we have several exciting events planned throughout the month. We encourage you to stay connected and participate in the upcoming school activities. These moments help strengthen the bond between our school and families, and we value the role you play in supporting your child’s education.
As we approach the winter break, I also want to remind everyone of the importance of staying focused and engaged in the classroom. We are committed to providing the best learning experience for all our students, and we appreciate your continued involvement in your child’s education.
Thank you for being an essential part of our school community. I look forward to the continued success of our students as we head into the new year.
Mr. Garrett
Important Community Announcement
We have some bittersweet news to share with our Ridgeview community. After eight years of dedicated service at Ridgeview, Dr. Mills has been promoted to Assistant Principal at College Park Elementary. While we will certainly miss her presence here, we are incredibly proud of her accomplishments and excited for this next chapter in her career.
We are deeply grateful for her leadership and the positive impact she has made on our school community. We look forward to staying in touch and supporting her as she embarks on this new adventure.
Dr. Mills' last day with us will be December 6th. Though she will be leaving, she will always be a Panther at heart, and we wish her nothing but success in her new role. Congratulations to Dr. Mills on this well-deserved promotion!
In the meantime, we are actively searching for a replacement. Our goal is to have someone in place by January 20th. Until then, Mr. Young and Ms. Bulluck will be sharing Dr. Mills' responsibilities to ensure a smooth transition.
