Class of 2025, the time has arrived! It's your year, make the most of it; get involved, take pictures, enjoy school events, and study hard. The future you have been dreaming of is a few short months away and we cannot wait to see what you achieve!

Scholastic Images handles all senior dues, graduation announcements, class rings, and letterman jackets. Below you will find information regarding days they will be on campus along with senior package options for the dues. All payments must be made at scholasticimages.com or cash/check to Scholastic Images when they come on campus.

**Dues MUST be paid for and processed by Jan 31, 2025 in order for the Yearbook and Breakfast to be included**

2025 Seniors, Parents, and Guardians,

Now's the time to write a letter to your graduate or peer. These are positive letters that reflect on any memories throughout their time in school, congratulate them on graduation and/or wishing them well for any and all future endeavors.

These letters will be distributed at the Senior Celebration on April 25th.

To prevent any loss of letters to students, please make sure the student's name (that is in our school system computers) is on the front of the envelope.

Family and friends from all over are more than welcome to send in letters. Letters can be mailed to CGHS or dropped off at the attendance desk or front office. If you are mailing letters please address them in this format:

Letters will be collected January 13th - March 28th. Yellow collection boxes are located in the Student Support Center/Front Office, SOTA Lobby Desk/ Attendance Desk, and room 414.

Seniors, we are continuing to hold senior meetings. Please do not panic if we have not gotten to you.

If you are in need of a course to meet graduation requirements and have not spoken with your Counselor, please report to your Counselor's office.

Check your email DAILY. 4. If you need documents submitted for college/scholarship, please contact your Counselor to make sure he/she is aware of the deadline.

Counselors are prohibited by GCPS from sending transcripts via email unless it is encrypted. However, the process of encrypting the document is a tedious one so we would much rather upload the document for them. If a school is on CommonApp, we will send the transcripts through Naviance. If the school is NOT on CommonApp but it is a school in the state of Georgia, they can send their own transcript through GAFutures (IF we have their SSN on file). If the school is NOT on CommonApp and is out of state, we need them to find out from the school which secure portal we can use to upload their transcript.
