• Kindergarten Report Cards/Progress Reports: Please note that these documents will be available via your Parent Portal/Genesis account on Friday, January 31st.

• Update your Emergency Contacts: All families should have emergency contacts (other than one or both parents/guardians). This is helpful in case of a family emergency, early school closings, etc. Here are the directions to add or update contact information in our Parent Portal: Updating Contacts in Genesis

• Dress for the Weather: Please be sure your child(ren) come(s) to school dressed appropriately for the weather. Layers are always helpful, so as to provide students the opportunity to change as necessary. We go out as much as possible. Please, please, please label all items with names!

Please make sure to LABEL all clothing, coats, jackets, etc. with your child's name.

Please stop by the Main Office if your child is missing anything. We are keeping a box with collected items .

• writing their teen numbers
• using tens frames to represent and read equations (10 plus 5 equals 15, 10+5=15, 10 plus 5 more...)
• reading CVC words and changing the initial letter/sound to make, read, and write new words

• Mrs. Meadows, Art/Music: In Art & Music, students are working on creating geometric shape snowflakes and painting a background using cool colors. Students are practicing distinguishing high and low pitches as well as moving to the steady beat.
