I share with you some of the news that we will have in the remaining days of school. Please, it is very important that your student attends school every day as there will be some special activities.

I also want to congratulate you and your students for the incredible commitment you made to reading every day for the Read&Ride challenge. Our class was the winning class in the school with the highest percentage of students completing the challenge, and for that the students have won a pizza party!

Please read the activities by date carefully, and remember to save Wednesday the 21st on your calendar as we will be having an end of Kindergarten Literacy Party with Families in our classroom. I am sure you will enjoy this activity so much with your kindergartner.

If you have not yet done so, please fill out the form sent home (green folder) and send $5 dollars with your student no later than June 16th if you would like to purchase the yearbook.

Starting today, students will no longer be taking their computers home as the technology team will be collecting them to work on them. It is necessary that by this Friday the 16th all students have turned in their chargers to me.

This Friday the 16th will be the school field day. All students participate in this activity. It is like a carnival where students can go all over the school and participate in all the activities. Family attendance is not necessary, but if you would like to come as a volunteer, please notify me so that you can fill out the volunteer form. We need more volunteers!

On Tuesday, June 22 at 1:30 we will have a field trip to Wilcox Park. Please let me know if you would like to volunteer to join us.

Students won a pizza party! The party will be held in the classroom on Friday, June 23rd.
