A Message From the Superintendent

Dear Fremont Community,

It is with deep sadness that we share the news of the passing of a parent with children in the Elementary and Intermediate Schools. Please help us honor the family’s privacy as they grieve this tremendous loss.

Our District counseling teams are available at our schools tomorrow, Tuesday, December 10. The staff will be attentive to those who need support from our mental health team. You may also contact your child’s teacher or principal for assistance.

The death of an adult in your child’s life will evoke various reactions. We have provided the following resources for you to talk to your child about grief and loss:
