Transition to Adulthood Night
While the event is designed for students aged 13 and up who receive special education services, families of all ages and interests are welcome to attend. The event is open to anyone, not just Crown Point families.
Represented at the event will be local colleges, military branches, skilled trades school, respite care providers, health care and treatment providers, employment/training services, financial planning, and more.
Multicultural Night
Join our Multilingual Learners team for Multicultural Night at CPHS. All district families are invited to attend this event that will feature interactive booths, samples of authentic dishes, music from around the world, and games for all ages.

Junior Class Parents: Navigating the College Admissions Process
2nd Grade - Family Folk Dance Night
Second graders and their families will celebrate and show off what they've learned in music class on Monday, May 5th at 6 pm during their first Family Folk Dance Night! Students will perform a dance on the field at Bulldog Stadium, followed by an opportunity for families to participate in other folk dances. Second grade families should reference the information sent home by music teachers for more information.
Many clubs and sports in district offer summer camp opportunities. We sent a list just before Spring Break, but in case you missed it, the link to the information is below.
April is School Library Month! Our libraries have more than 98,000 items in our collection, and more than 158,000 circulations so far this school year. Did you know that students can check out digital content as well? Visit your school's library page to find content that you can read or listen to on-the-go via your Chromebook! Thank you to our dedicated team of library professionals for serving our students and supporting our teachers!
We are fortunate to have renovated libraries in EVERY building to support student learning and success - all completed as part of our capital projects with NO increase to residents' tax rate.
At the recent State Leadership Conference (SLC) in Indianapolis from March 9-11, Crown Point High School’s Business Professionals of America (BPA) chapter stood out as 72 students competed among 1,379 Indiana delegates in categories spanning finance, technology, health administration, and leadership. A big thank you to CBS Chicago for visting our St. Baldrick's event! By the end of the broadcast, students crossed the $18,000 mark for their fundraiser, which will stay open through May!
Junior Aidan Slade placed 4th in the Skills USA construction competition and qualified to compete at state in April.
Milo, a robot from Mrs. Rizzo's classroom, is designed to help students develop life skills through interactive lessons using facial expressions, gestures, and speech. Milo teaches topics such as greetings, emotions, turn-taking, and coping strategies. Students in Mrs. Corsey's class recently welcomed Milo, engaging in interactive activities, games, and a dance party!
