The Weekly Update

Use Skyward Family Access to review, update, and verify child and family information, complete required forms, and more. Please complete this registration by Friday, August 2. Follow the steps below or use this tutorial.

• Login to Skyward Family Access
• If you are new to the West Bend School District or have forgotten your login information, click on Forgot Your Login/Password and follow the directions to reset your credentials.

• Click on the tab labeled Health Info in the menu on the left side of the page to review the current information

• Click on the tab that reads 2024-2025 Back-to-School Registration and update any new health conditions, family/student demographics, and emergency information. You will also be prompted to:

• Review the West Bend School District Student/Family Handbook

• Review the fees (online payment option available)

• If you have not already, complete the transportation/busing information request

• Complete the school registration checklist

Please complete this registration by Friday, August 2.

The West Bend School District is now using RevTrak for online payments for meals, fees, and more. (Online payments include a transaction fee.)

If you choose to pay instructional and other fees online, please follow these instructions. RevTrak is accessible from Skyward and the payment can be made when completing registration or at another time. The option to pay fees using cash or check with no transaction fee is still available and completed by turning in the payment to your child’s school.

There is financial assistance available for both school meals and instructional fees. (For grades K-12. Additional detailed information for 4K families will come from the program administrator.)

The School Nutrition Department is accepting applications for the Free and Reduced Meal Program for the 2024-2025 school year. Anyone who qualified for the program last year must reapply for this school year. This quick and easy confidential application takes just a few minutes to complete. Additionally, all school fees can be waived for those families qualifying for free meal status and reduced for those qualifying as reduced meal status.

Complete the confidential application. If your family qualifies for free or reduced-price meals and fees, a nutrition department staff member will contact you.
