MVVS News and Notes

Each term, we have a SOAR assembly to bring our school community together. We focus on each of our core values over the course of the year at these assemblies. Office Johnson speak to our student body, then we played a spirited game, and culminated the event with a visit from Monty and united around our spirit chant. The theme for our first SOAR assembly was "Show Respect". Today was another great day to be a Falcon!

Our students have been demonstrating "SOARing" behaviors throughout our school over the course of this first month. We are so proud!

We are well on our way to our goal. This week our students surpassed 7,000 minutes!

Our fall assessments have been ongoing over the past couple of weeks. Our students will take the NWEA assessments for math and literacy over the course of the next two weeks. The assessments takes about 20-45 minutes per content area. Please click here for our schedule.
