Hi Families,
As we enter into the Fall season, we're already seeing some colds come through the building. We will be reviewing handwashing with kids on Monday, and need your support and help when kids are sick. If kids aren't feeling well, have a fever, a gnarly cough, etc., please keep them home. As a parent, I understand how challenging this can be, and when we don't stay home, the illness just continues to travel.
We have a new custodial staff member and schedule! Cody Demars has joined the Grand Isle School custodial team. Mr. Cody is in our building as the school day is winding down and into the evening. Both Cody and Toby are working hard to keep our building clean and sparkly. If you see them, give them a big thank you!
Madame Lisa also sent us an update. She is doing OK after her first round of treatment, and we're hoping to get a meal train up and running for her family. Please see the link below.
