Leyden celebrates 100 years
Leyden High School will be turning 100 next school year (2024-25)! We will host many fun ways to celebrate which will include a homecoming event planned on October 4, 2024, a 100th Anniversary Gala at Donald E. Stephens Convention Center on February 8, 2025 and a Picnic/Festival planned for the Spring of 2025. In preparation for this historic year, we have launched a custom store for Leyden gear with our anniversary logos. Please feel free to share with alumni, family, and friends. Part of each purchase comes back to the Leyden Education Foundation to support scholarships for our students.
Parent survey deadline extended to this Friday
Leyden encourage families to please share feelings, insights, and perspective with us via this survey. The survey is expected to take about five minutes to complete and is completely anonymous and confidential. No individual responses will be reported; rather, the responses will be reported in an aggregate fashion. So if you haven’t already done so, can you please complete the survey by Friday, September 22. Please plan to complete the survey in one sitting, as the page will time out if left inactive, requiring you to start over.

Leyden Theatre presents "Peter/Wendy"
Leyden Theatre proudly presents the play Peter/Wendy, September 28, 29 and 30, starting at 7:00 p.m. in the West Leyden Auditorium.
We invite our audience to celebrate the transformative power of "Happy Thoughts," underscoring their role in shaping dreams, fortifying resilience, and guiding individuals through the profound transition from childhood to adulthood. This poignant exploration of the theme invites both young and old to rediscover the enchantment and wonder of Peter Pan's world, reminding us all of the enduring quest for a place where we truly belong.
