PSAT
The Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test (PSAT/NMSQT®) is structured similarly to the SAT®, has the same sections and timing, and measures the same Reading and Writing and Math skills students learn in the classroom—the knowledge and skills your child needs to succeed in college and career. Please see the attachment for the Student Guide.
The PSAT will be given on October 10th this year. All 10th Graders and those 11th grade students who signed up will be taking the test. The test will be done digitally through an app called Bluebook. For those that are familiar with the PSAT, the digital test is more streamlined and shorter. Students should bring a calculator if they prefer to use their own vs the online version in the test.
