FIVE HIGH SCHOOL

The South Carolina Department of Education has partnered with the Education Oversight Committee to deliver a parent survey. The responses to this survey help school and district leaders understand how parents feel about the school. A link to this survey is being sent to the parents or guardians of every student in South Carolina.

If you have multiple children, you might get several links. We are only asking you to complete one survey for each school (home school) your children attend. You are permitted to complete one survey for each of your children if you want, but only one survey for each school (home school) is needed.

Check your email and spam for a link to this important survey. If you do not have an email address, you can ask the school registrar to print out a QR code for you to scan with your phone. The link will take you directly to the survey.

FOR OUR 5TH YEAR OF FIVE, WE ARE EXCITED TO INTRODUCE THE IDEA OF A PTO TO HELP WITH EVENTS, FUNDRAISING, AND BUILDING OUR FIVE COMMUNITY!

ALL LEVELS OF INTEREST NEEDED!!!

• Effective immediately, any student whose grade falls below 60% in any course will be required to attend Charge-Up, FIVE's academic assistance program. These sessions are designed to provide targeted support and resources to help students improve their understanding of course material and achieve academic success. Attendance at these sessions will continue until the student's grade improves to 60% or higher.
• Please note that if a student is failing three or more courses at the end of the quarter and has failed to attend the Charge-Up sessions, we will recommend that the student return to their homeschool. This measure is intended to ensure that all students receive the level of support they need to succeed in their academic journey.

• If your student is having trouble logging into their student portal account, please have them email me at FIVE@lexrich5.org and in the subject write Reset Student Password.

• Remember, only teachers are able to reset their class link login information.
