WMS Attendance Information
We are introducing a new additional way to communicate your student's attendance. This will help us streamline communication and reduce disruptions during the school day. If you need to call your student out for any reason, you may either call the main office or email our new attendance email at wms.attendance@westside66.net.
If you need to pick up your student early, please notify us at least one hour before pickup time via email or call the main office directly at 402-390-6464. This will allow us to have your student ready and minimize interruptions to classrooms. If you need your student within the hour, you must call the main office, please do not email.
When you email or call and leave a message please leave the following information:
- Student's Full Name
- Reason why they are absent/leaving early/arriving late
- Time that they will be picked up if leaving early
If your student is not feeling well, they must check out through the health office.
As this is a new process, we appreciate your patience and understanding while we work through any adjustments. If you experience any issues or have questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

The initiative seeks to build a supportive environment that honors the dignity of every individual, creating a sense of belonging and unity within the Westside community.
The events are listed on the right-hand side of the WCS website homepage. Click on each event for specific logistical information. However, for details or inquiries regarding any of these events, please contact the official event organizers directly.
