November 2024
In October we hosted two family events to promote academics and build a partnership between school and home. At both events, families were able to participate in family activities to support reading, math and science at home. It was great seeing so many families come out for our Student Led Conferences where students were able to share their goals, and current progress. Students shared their leadership binders that included their academic trackers and their personal celebrations.
We continue to strengthen supporting student achievement by offering homework help every morning from 7:25-7:55am. Students are able to drop into the media center to get help for homework they struggled to complete.
Be on the lookout for December's STEAM family challenge flyer. This event will take place December 3, 2024, from 7:30-8:00am
Traditions continue this month with our Thanksgiving Feast on Thursday, November 21, 2024, during your child's lunch.
I look forward to continuing our school to home partnership to strengthen academics and build student leaders for their future success! Our motto this year is, Level up and Lead to succeed at EPE!
