We know there has been a lot of updates and changes to buses over the last few months. Please know this is not something that can be avoided. We have very few bus drivers and there are times when routes can not be done due to staffing shortage. If the Transportation Department is able to find someone to take the route, then, the bus will run. Sometimes that is without communication as a substitute was found last minute.
