Field Day June 2025

Dear Keystone Families,
Field Day is a wonderful opportunity for our students to get together, participate in team-building activities, and enjoy some outdoor games and competitions. It is always a joy to see our families come together to celebrate and support our students. Your presence and encouragement mean the world to us, and we can't wait to share this special day with you. We are excited to create unforgettable memories and celebrate the achievements of our students.
We encourage all students to participate in Field Day and make the most of this special event.
To ensure the event runs smoothly and safely, we have a few important guidelines that we kindly ask everyone to follow. These are all for safety reasons and it is imperative that all stakeholders abide by these rules.
Thank you very much for your support! We greatly appreciate it!

Field Day Shirts
Our fabulous PTO has purchased field day shirts for each of our students. So, each student will receive a complementary shirt from the PTO, sometime in June.
Each classroom may distribute their shirts differently. Some may wait the day before field day to distribute the shirts and some may hand them out the day of field day so they don't get misplaced at home. Either way, all students will have a field day shirt prior to starting their events for the day.
Many thanks to our PTO for funding all the shirts!

Student Dismissal After Field Day Concludes
If you are planning on signing your child(ren) out after their field day concludes, we ask that the following guidelines be followed in order to ensure the safety of all our learners;
- Email your child(ren)'s teacher(s) at least one day prior to their scheduled field day.
- At the end of your child's field day your child's teacher will have a sign out sheet for you to sign. Students will only be permitted to be signed out after field day concludes, not while events are taking pace. This is to ensure the safety of all students.
- Students will only be released to adults listed on their iCampus account unless the parent/guardian sends in written communication to their child's teacher at least one day prior to field day.
- You must have your ID with you so you can sign your child out early.
- Please show our teachers and staff patience and understanding during this process. Many students get signed out early after field day concludes and we want to ensure that this process is not only organized, but also that each student is accounted for and released to the proper parent/guardian.
Supportive Atmosphere
We encourage you to cheer on all competitors and show appreciation for the teachers and staff facilitating the events.
Your positive support helps create a wonderful experience for everyone involved.
Our goal is to celebrate their efforts, build teamwork, and ensure everyone has a fun and positive experience! Thank you for your support in making this a memorable day for everyone.
