October 28- November 1
Halloween
Halloween is this Thursday. Student are welcome to dress up for the day. We can't wait to see their costume. Please check in your teacher's kids WAAG to have more information for that day.
Parent Teacher Interview
Parent Teacher interviews are quickly approaching. This year they will be held on the evenings of November 6th and 7th.
We are making an important change to the format of Parent Teacher Interviews that you need to know about. We have found it hard to go back and forth between phone, online and in person interviews over the last few years, and have sometimes found ourselves behind in our schedule because of the back and forth. As a result, we have decided to shift to a schedule where we specifically schedule times for phone/online interviews, and in person interviews.
Here is what that will look like:
Grade 1 to 9:
Wednesday, Nov. 6th:
4:30pm-6pm - Phone/Online Interviews
6pm-7:30pm - In Person Interviews
Thursday, Nov. 7th
4:30pm-6pm - In Person Interviews
6pm-7:30pm - Phone/Online Interviews.
Even code: a3gcx
Kindergarten:
Wednesday, Nov. 6th:
1pm - 3:30 pm- In Person/Phone/Online Interviews
4:30 pm - 7:30pm - In Person/Phone/Online Interviews
Thursday, Nov. 7th:
1pm - 3:30 pm- In Person/Phone/Online Interviews
4:30 pm - 7:30pm - In Person/Phone/Online Interviews
Even code: 9p9bd

Read-a-Thon
Our Read-a-Thon was a huge success this year, raising $15,571.65!
Thank you to everyone for participating and helping raise these funds.
All of this money goes to our School Council budget to help pay for costs that are not funded by our regular school budget. Because of all of your work, School Council can now fund the field trips, our roulette prizes, staff appreciation, and many, many other things. We are so thankful for our School Council and the support they provide for our students.
Student Information Update Form
We still missing 135 forms. If you need help please call the office. We will help you.
According to Alberta Education, this is a legal document and is required to be revised every school year. Please check your inbox and your spam mail and take time to go on to Power School and review your child's form. If you have changes to your address, phone number, email address, etc. They need to be made on the Student Information Update Form ASAP.
