CMS Silver Jubilee!
We are looking for alumni who attended Charlton Middle School
over the last 25 years!
To help honor the 25th Silver Jubilee of CMS,
We are looking for a panel of alumni from various career fields to come in on
Wednesday November 27th
To speak to our middle schoolers about their previous CMS experiences.

Coffee and refreshments would be provided between 7:30am-8:00am
5th and 6th grade presentation: 8:00am-9:00am
7th and 8th grade presentation: 9:00am-10:00am
Nurse's Notes
7th grade physicals: All 7th grade students need to provide a copy of their physical to the school nurse in accordance with the Massachusetts 105 CMR 200.100.
SPORTS PHYSICALS: If your student plays sports, a physical must be provided each year in order for your student to even try out for the sport.
Please note: Physicals are only acceptable for 13 months from the date on the physical form. After that time, a new physical must be submitted to the School Nurse, or your student will not be allowed to play, as their physical has expired.
Physicals can be emailed to Rgoetz@dcrsd.org , faxed to 508.248.1418, uploaded to final forms or sent in with students.
