Broadwater Bulletin
April 13, 2025
From the Principal
Hello Broadwater Families,
We had a great first week back from break!
We start running club this week. If your child has their signed permission slip turned in, please be sure to send them in appropriate shoes on Thursday.
Talent show permission slips were distributed and must be returned by May 2nd.
Bingo for Books is on Wednesday from 6-7 in the gym.
3rd through 5th graders are continuing to complete their state mandated MAST testing.
It is an A Week.
And as always, it is always a great day to be a Cub!
Ms. Boedecker
For the safety of our students, please keep all dogs off the playground.
ATTENDANCE IS IMPORTANT
Did you know?
- Poor attendance can influence whether children read proficiently by the end of third grade.
- When students improve their attendance rates, they improve their academic prospects and chances for graduating.
KinderSprouts
KinderSprouts is a free, full day (Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 3:15 p.m.) early literacy program for 4-year-old students. It is a fun, hands-on program for our littlest learners. Screening for the program will begin on February 24, 2025. If you feel your child would benefit from early literacy support use this web address: https://helenaschools.org/kindersprouts2025/ to schedule an appointment.
