Harvey Green Families,

This is our final week of the 2023-2024 school year. We had such an amazing year! I am proud of each and every student for their hard work and growth they have made. Thank you to our outstanding teachers and staff for their dedication to the students and families. And thank you to the parents/ guardians for their ongoing support.

To our families that are moving or promoting to middle school, we will miss you dearly. We wish you the best of luck and hope that you stay in touch.

I would also like to congratulate Mrs. Benedetti and Mrs. Gibson for all of their years of service to the Green Community. Together, they have served the FUSD Community for 56 years! We will truly miss you and wish you a wonderful retirement.

I hope that your family has a wonderful summer break! Please be on the look out for important emails from FUSD regarding Aeries. Also, please note that our bell schedule has changed for the 2024-2025 school year (calendar can be found above this message).

Fremont Unified will transition from Infinite Campus to Aeries as our student information system for the 2024-25 school year. In July 2024, parents and guardians of students enrolled for 2024-25 will receive information to activate their Aeries Parent Portal, and will use the Portal to complete the annual MAZE process, called “Parent Data Confirmation” in Aeries.

MAZE is Fremont Unified School District’s annual data confirmation process in which parents/guardians:

• provide required information for each enrolled student - such as emergency contacts,

• acknowledge certain parent/guardian and student rights and responsibilities, and
• access specific school forms/information.

Completing the MAZE process ensures your student’s school has accurate information, and allows families to view student schedules/classroom assignments and their teachers when that information is released in August.

Please look out for additional information about activating your Aeries Parent Portal and completing the MAZE process in the coming months.

Students will be taking home their third trimester report cards on the last day of school. Report cards will be available on Illuminate on Monday, June 3rd. Final attendance data for the 2023-24 school year will be reflected on the report card at that time.

Dear Harvey Green Families,

We have made it through another year and big congratulations to our 5th grade class on their promotion! We will definitely miss them and I know they will do amazing in middle school. Every one of our students deserve to be celebrated for their growth this year. I have seen so many great accomplishments throughout the year. I reflect back to the very beginning of the year and truly see a difference in our students. A very proud school counselor here!

Going into summer, please enjoy the sun and have fun! Don't forget sunblock. Lastly, just a few resources I want to share here including summer ideas, virtual Disney trip, mental health resources, and more - Summer Resources 2024!

Enroll now for the 2024/25 School Year

Per Board Policy any parent/guardian of a student enrolled in the District shall notify the District prior to or within five (5) days of any change in circumstance and/or a move which would affect their student’s residency (AR 5111.1).

Please complete and email the Change of Address Form with 2 proofs of new address residency to your current school.

Thank you for another wonderful year! You can join the 2024-2025 PTA on July 1st. With your support we can continue to fund new and exciting programs for our children and the school.
