Pick Our Mascot!

After brainstorming with our school branding committee, we are excited to announce the opportunity for the Hedgesville community to leave its "mark" on the new Hedgesville Learning Center, which will house Berkeley County's newest Pre-K students! We need your help picking a mascot, and we've narrowed it down to three options for you to choose from:

• Hedgehog
• Suns
• Eaglet

Construction on the Hedgesville Learning Center is slated begin later this year, and is expected to be completed within 14-16 months at a cost of approximately $14.9 million. HLC is a major project financed by the November 2022 Bond Call, and it's all thanks to our community's generous support! THANK YOU!

The survey will close Monday, July 1, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. Once the mascot has been chosen, students from the Hedgesville area schools will be invited to submit their designs to inspire the school's logo with the help of graphic design students from James Rumsey Technical Institute.
