Dear Huskie Community,

This Friday is a half-day for students. The school day ends at noon. Teachers will be engaged in professional learning in the afternoon.

AP tests begin next week and continue through May 16. With that brings no bells for portions of the day, the closing of our Learning Commons periodically for lunch and blended students, and some added stress for some of our students. I'd like to wish all of our testers good luck on their exams! You got this!

AP testing will take place May 5-16, please click here to view the AP exam schedule. If you have registered and paid an AP exam, you will receive more detailed information next week from Total Registration and your AP teacher. Students also have an opportunity to sign up for an AP Exam WIN session on Thursday, May 1, to review all details about what to expect. The largest single-day blood drive in the state of Illinois once again returns to NNHS on Saturday of Mother's Day weekend. The 6th Annual A Pint For Kim Blood Drive and Life Saving Festival is in memory of Naperville mom, Kimberley Benedyk Sandford, whose sons are Ricky (NNHS '25) and JD (NNHS '26) Sandford. Before she passed away in 2020, she requested a blood drive instead of a wake. When over 500 people showed up to donate, A Pint For Kim was born.

In addition to the blood drive, the event is the largest ENTIRELY FREE and family-friendly festival in the area featuring live music, carnival games, face painting, Marines challenges, caricature drawings, photo booths, local businesses passing out swag, Edward Hospital therapy dogs, a "thank you raffle" for blood donors and event volunteers with over $25,000 in prizes, and a supercar show featuring The Hamilton Collection vehicles. All blood donors will receive a pass for themselves and their kids to sit in and rev the engines of The Hamilton collection hypercars, some of the fastest and rarest cars in the world. All blood donors and their children will also receive free snacks and drinks, and there will be food trucks on site outside as well.

Let's help make sure APFK breaks the state record for the 6th year in a row and that Naperville can continue to remain home to the state's largest blood drive!

Good news - your ACT scores may be available! Please login to your MyACT account (https://my.act.org/) to access this information.

If you have not created a MyACT account, please create one using the individualized code provided to you via email on April 4 and in homeroom on April 8. If you are unable to locate this information, please contact NNHS Testing Coordinator, Ann Bakshis (abakshis@naperville203.org).

Please note that multiple choice scores are normally available two weeks after each test date, but it can sometimes take up to eight weeks. Writing scores are normally available about two weeks after your multiple-choice scores. Your overall scores are not officially reported until your writing scores have been added.

As a reminder, if you did not select your free score recipients within two days of testing, you may do so via the alternate method. Please click here to learn more.
