Teachers will be administering a hope assessment at the end of September to best help support students as we move through the school year. A copy of the assessment is included below for your review. Please utilize this link if you would like to opt your student out of this assessment.

Effective July 1, 2021, a complete series of 2 doses of HPV vaccine is required. The first dose shall be administered before the child enters the 7th grade. After reviewing educational materials approved by the Board of Health, the parent or guardian, at the parent's or guardian's sole discretion, may elect for the child not to receive the HPV vaccine. Please know that students are not permitted to attend school without having their immunizations completed or proper documentation provided.
