LABS LATELY FAMILY MESSAGE

Happy Veteran's Day to all those who served and currently serve. There is no school on Monday, November 11th. Don't forget that Tuesday, November 12th, the PTA is hosting a Spirit Day. The restaurant, Ay Toro, will donate 15% back to the school between the hours of 11am-9pm. Friday, November 15th, students will have a cultural arts assembly, Number Drummer hosted by our amazing PTA.

Students who attend school regularly have been shown to achieve at higher levels than students who do not have regular attendance. One way you can partner with us is by making sure your child is at school EVERY DAY and by eliminating unexcused absences and tardies as well as early check outs. As you can see we have made strides with attendance compared to the 2023-2024 school year. Please work to get your child to school on-time daily!

Congratulations to our Teacher of the Year Finalists!

It is that time of year when staff select the school's next Teacher of the Year! Staff cast a vote to determine the finalists before casting another vote. Certified staff selected are experts in their field, engage their school community, and focus their efforts on students' success. Our 2024-25 Teacher of the Year will be announced on November 13.
