Jarrett participated in the K of C free throw contest at school this past Monday. . He was 1 of 4 kids in his age group. The first round was best of 15 free throws. One player went 8 for 15 and finished 1st place. Jarrett and another child tied, 7 for 15. Jarrett and the other player were instructed to shoot another 5 free throws for a tie breaker.
Jarrett went 5 for 5 and finished in 2nd place!!! Great job, Jarrett!!!
APACHE BASKETBALL UPDATE 🏀
Our girls' basketball team fell in the SIJHSAA Championship game to Red Bud. Our boys' team also came in 2nd place in the Diocesan Championship. Great job on your respective season, players!
No rest for our students....on to volleyball season!
One family I forgot to mention in last weeks newsletter: Thank you to the Woodromes for all of their help during us hosting the Girls Dio. Tournament.
Because of our Co-Op with St. Joe, we thought it would be good to advertise:
Our friends at St Joe's are hosting a middle school night to raise funds for their 8th grade trip. Students 5th-8th grade are invited. Sounds like a fun event and I wanted to share the invite to all of your students.
