Alternative Learning Days:
Yesterday evening Daniel sent out some information regarding our Alternative Learning Days Plan this year. We will be going over how this will look here at Mill Pond in more detail at our faculty meeting on Monday. Please take some time between now and then to read through the information he sent out.
November 7th PD Time Correction:
A correction to last week's email is that the sessions will go from 8:30-11:15 and then 12:15-3:00.
Calibration Walks:
You will soon start to see Administrator and Coordinators starting to visit classrooms together. These are intentional and organized calibration walks to help further develop the collaboration between us. The primary purpose of these is for us to use them as a tool to ensure our understanding and expectations are in sync, and that we are communicating these accordingly.
Westborough Responds:
Westborough Connects recently sent out an email regarding some efforts they are putting together to promote strength and solidarity within the Westborough community.
One is a Community Friendship Circle that is being organized to greet worshippers outside of the Congregation B’nai Shalom as they enter for evening services on Friday, November 9th. In conjunction with this, we ask community organizations, individuals and students to offer messages of faith, love and kindness through handwritten notes and letters. The letters will be handed out to congregation members as they enter the synagogue. I have attached a pdf below with more information. If you are interested in writing a letter please know that you can drop it off in my mailbox before the 7th and I will deliver it to the library for distribution.
