Meadows Message

Get ready for a fun-filled celebration! The Day of Awesomeness event is happening tomorrow, featuring giant inflatable obstacle courses, games, music, and more! It’s our way of thanking students for their amazing efforts during the fundraising campaign.

For students not participating in the Day of Awesomeness, there will be alternate activities around campus to enjoy.

Make sure to bring comfortable clothes, lots of energy, and be prepared for an awesome time!

We anticipate everyone will have a fun day!

The Governing Board-approved Activity Fee of $50 per student supports extracurricular activities, including guest speakers, assemblies, recess equipment, character education programs, and author visits.

To make a payment, please log in to your PowerSchool parent account, select ‘Purchasing and Payments’ from the menu, and go to ‘Pay Fines/Fees.’

If this fee presents a financial hardship, please reach out to the school Principal via email at kclark@madisoned.org.

Additionally, if you are able, please consider a tax credit-eligible donation: $200 for single households or $400 for married households. For more information about the Arizona Tax Credit Program, visit About Tax Credit Program. Each dollar you donate can directly reduce your Arizona tax liability up to these maximums.

Emery Miller, of Team Emery, was on campus to give a talk to students about his life journey as a heart surgery patient and the teddy bear drive that his organization sponsors. As part of the state wide IB day of service, Meadows collected 200 teddy bears which will be distributed to children with chronic illnesses at the Mayo hospital and other local hospitals in the valley.
