Our woman’s LTWT4 boat brought home GOLD at NATIONALS this weekend at SRAA Nationals!

Troy Sabott was the winning pitcher, earning win # 8. Eagles were led offensively by Jay Salsbery solo Home Run, Eli Gordy 2-3, 2 RBI.

5/29 - EHT 3 Kingsway 0

Troy Sabott was once again the winning pitcher. Troy threw a complete game: 7 innings, 4 hits, 0 runs, 6 strikeouts. With the win Troy set a new program single season record for wins, as his record has climbed to 9-2 on the season. Pacing the offense for the Eagles were Jay Salsbery solo Home Run, Jack Conroy 2-4, Jake Cagna, 1-4, RBI, and DJ Williams 1-3, RBI.

Softball beat Southern 6-0 last Friday in the second round of state playoffs. Payton Colbert had 2 RBIs, and Kaci Velardi, Kayli McNulty, Laura Mack, and Mary Del Re all had an RBI in the offensive effort. Madison Dollard threw a one hitter on the day to keep Southern off the bases!

EHT beat rival Kingsway 4-3 in the third round of the state playoffs on Wed. Payton Colbert hit a 2 run home run, Laura Mack had a solo home run, and Sienna Walterson drove in the 4th run of the game to give us an insurance run. Madison Dollard was a stud in the circle as usual and fought hard to keep the big bats of Kingsway at bay while the left side of our infield with Briana Pope and Kaci Velardi were outstanding defensively to help win it!

We will play in the South Jersey Final on Saturday June 1st at 12:00 at Vineland High School.

Next the girls head to the Nova Care Center to face Absegami in the WJFL Semifinal game on June 1st.

The boys and girls track teams are now setting their eyes on the Group 4 Sectional Championship on Friday 5/31 and Saturday 6/1 at Pennsauken.
