CIS Climate Change Lab Day
We had an incredible time working with students during the CIS Climate Change Lab Day! It was inspiring to see high school students earning college credits while actively engaging in important discussions and experiments related to climate change.
Looking ahead to next year, we are excited to invite more students to join this rewarding program. If you're passionate about the environment and eager to get a head start on college, the CIS Climate Change Solutions offers a unique opportunity to learn, earn 4 credits from the U of MN, and make a difference.
Reach out for more information on how to sign up and be part of this impactful experience! Contact Mr. Northey, Dr. Robelia, or Ms. Schmitz for more information or to sign up.
Social Studies
Art
Submit your work to the OHS Virtual Art Gallery before the end of the year! All students who make art are allowed to submit work of any medium for consideration– you do not need to be signed up for an art class with Mx. Pine to submit your art!
Math
Want to help your students improve their math skills? SPPS has paid for your students to have an IXL membership all year, and access to it will continue through the summer. Sign-in to the program through Clever, then use the Diagnostic Arena and Diagnostic Action Plan to get skills personalized to what your student needs to work on!
