These sessions have been carefully planned to address the learning needs of PreK - 12 administrators and staff. Child Outcome Summary Training
Participants will learn how to assess a students' skills through using the Childhood Outcomes Summary Form (COSF), and its associated tools including the 7 Point Scoring scale. Early childhood educators will learn how to evaluate their students in three outcome areas; positive social-emotional skills, acquiring and using knowledge and skills, and taking appropriate action to meet their needs. The ESC/SST Literacy Consultant's Network is designed to provide an intensive, job-embedded, classroom-focused, and collaborative opportunity to support the implementation of Structured Literacy Instruction based on the latest research and the Science of Reading. By aligning district supports and integrating information from the State ReadOhio Network and the Regional Support Team for Literacy, this network aims to build capacity among educators and ensure effective literacy instruction across the region. PBIS Tier 2 Training
You've Mastered your implementation of PBIS at Tier 1, now increase your capacity to meet the social, emotional and behavioral skills of struggling students through PBIS Tier 2 implementation. Participants will learn how to create a system that supports Tier 2 evidence based strategies such as Check In Check Out, Check and Connect, and social and academic skills groups. Participants will be asked to complete planning or reflection tasks during the training session. Teams will complete a survey at the end of the school year to indicate the effects the planning and implementation of strategies has had on their climate and behavior data. Finally, within a year of implementation, teams will participate in a Tier 2 Tiered Fidelity Inventory to measure progress and create an action plan of next steps. Read more and register.

PBIS Tier 3 Training
Even with Tier 1 and Tier 2 interventions, some students need more help. This training will discuss key elements of a PBIS Tier 3 framework, including collecting behavior data, defining and creating a Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA), writing a behavior intervention plan, progress monitoring for effectiveness of the chosen intervention, and developing a Tier 3 system of support.
