Happy New Year!
Happy New Year Sunbeam Families! 2025 started off a bit chaotic but it was wonderful to be back in the building today!!
We wanted to thank you all again for the lovely Christmas gifts! We are very spoiled and very grateful!!
January's color of the month is white...guess we got the snow celebration down pat! Our shape of the month is the rectangle.
Lots of exciting happenings in January at GBP! Please see below for more details on the following:
-January Lunch Bunch and Enrichment Sign ups can be found below (Art is full).
-Early Registration for current GBP families, alumni families and LUMC members begins January 13th at 6:30pm. A link will be posted on Brightwheel and registration fees will be added to your February tuition in Brightwheel.
-Parent/"Big People" Appreciation Breakfasts on January 15th and 16th
-January Special Chapel: January 29 and 30
Please remember to pull up as far as possible on Wirt Street during drop off and pick up. Also, please do not block the driveway to the left of the Wirt Street doors, we do not own that property. Lastly, please remember (and share with anyone else who may pick up your children): our Owls and Bees are in their classrooms until Noon. If you arrive before noon to pick up your Owls/Bees/siblings, please remain in your vehicle so you can pull up when other parenits leave.
-2s and 3s pick up: 11:50am-12pm
-4s and siblings pick up: 12-12:15pm
Parent/"Big People" Appreciation Breakfasts
We are so thankful for our GBP families! Each winter, our Staff makes breakfast for our parents/big people/caretakers as a token of our appreciation for your support and for sharing your children with us!
Stop by Asbury Hall (meeting hall above the preschool) after you drop off your Sunbeams. Stay and chat or take breakfast on the go!

Early Registration for the 2025-2026 school year
Early Registration is available to current GBP families, GBP alumni families and LUMC members beginning January 13th at 6:30pm. Links for each class registration will be sent out via Brightwheel. Registration fees ($75) will be added to February tuition in Brightwheel.

During January Special Chapel, we’ll share the songs we’ve been working on in class, celebrate January birthdays and enjoy a Bible story. On your Special Chapel day, please drop your children off in their classrooms as usual and head up to the Sanctuary. We'll join you at 9:15am.
