How do you like our new newsletter format for 2025? We're tired of the boring format of the last few years, time to snazzy it up a little, right?

Barring any unforseen difficulties, the plan for finishing up DataForce's playoff leagues is to lock statistics down Sunday night and open up contest results for one day of review, and then make prizes available to claim on Tuesday!

We have good news and bad news regarding prize payouts. First, the bad news: U.S. mail has been horribly slow this season, with many checks not arriving for 10 days or more. But the good news is, we're determined to give a better solution! We've worked with our bank to offer a maximum charge of $20 for withdrawals by e-check (ACH). The fee for direct deposit into your bank account remains at 1%, but now it's capped at $20 for even the biggest withdrawals! Take as much money as you want out of your account for one fixed price!

Remember that the prize payouts for 2025 will be changing slightly! About 1% less in most cases.

Watch for DataForce's off-season survey in the next couple weeks! It's your chance to weigh in on the direction DataForce Fantasy Football should go, with recommended contest types, rule changes, and software enhancements. We greatly appreciate your input!

Most of DataForce' contests are hosted on our own software, at www.dataforceff.com. But for those who prefer, we also offer leagues on MyFantasyLeague.com

Typically, MFL is ready to roll into each new year just a few days after the Super Bowl. That means you'll soon be able to use new-year leagues for your MFL dynasty and keeper leagues. (Leagues hosted on DataForce are already available, having rolled into 2025 on January 2nd.)

We're targetting Wednesday or Thursday of this week to make this happen for MFL, but we try to give them just a little extra time to work out any new-year kinks in the software. That means we may not be the first fantasy football company to make their 2025 MFL leagues available, but it's coming very soon. Hang in there, you'll be notified by email this league when they're ready.

If your winnings for leagues paid out in 2024 exceeded your entry fees for those leagues by $600, a 1099 has been prepared for you. Check your My Account page for the button that says DOWNLOAD 1099.

We have begun adding new Tin Baby and Dynasty leagues to the lobby! These leagues will start drafting as soon as enough paid members join, so jump in now to help them fill up.

The REQUEST A LEAGUE button has been enabled at the bottom of the lobby for a short while. If you have a particular type of league you're looking for, and wanting to draft soon, put in a request!

Or, if you want to begin managing a team immediately rather than waiting for a draft to form, check out the Orphan Marketplace to buy "used" multi-year leagues and start trading with other teams right now! These teams are all for-sale-by-owner--DataForce does not make anything on the sale of these leagues--so feel free to negotiate prices with the owners. Remember that you must also pay the 2025 entry fee when buying an orphaned team.
