Everything you need to celebrate your important year
Graduation Rehearsal June 11th
- June 11, 2025 from 9:35 - 11:30 (day before graduation)
- This will take about 2 hours and we will go over all of the necessary information you need in order to graduate the next day
- Attendance is mandatory. If you cannot attend, you need to talk to your administrator.
Graduation Day June 12th Timeline
Ceremony length: typically 1.5 hours
Location: Westview Stadium. Gates numbered 1-4 for entry.
1:15pm Graduate Check In at P Building
- Only CSF and NHS CORDS will be permitted with Cap and Gowns on the field.
- Seniors arrive with no cell phones cameras, purses, backpacks, flowers, leis and report to check in location.
- Leave cell phones, cameras, purses, backpacks, flowers, leis, etc. all at home.
- Open water bottles not allowed at check in. Water will be available once seniors check in.
1:30pm Stadium gates open for ticketed guests
2:30pm Stadium open to all guests with or without a ticket
2:45 Guests should be seated
3:00 Ceremony begins!
4:30 - 5:30pm Diploma Pick Up
- Immediately after ceremony, all graduates proceed to school plaza to pick up their diploma
- Graduates who rented gowns will turn in items at the designated area
- In order to receive their diploma, graduates will need to be cleared of turning in books, chromebook, any fines, and gowns

Graduate Dress Code
Graduation Caps
Undecorated caps are required for the ceremony. Students can decorate a second cap for photos before or after the ceremony.Required business-casual, such as: collared dress shirt and tie, dresses, pantsuits, skirt/blouse, dress pants, dress shoes. Please leave beach sandals, jeans, and shorts for other events- A second decorated cap may worn after the ceremony, but may not be held by graduate during the ceremony.
- Leis, flowers, decorative wearable gifts can be given to graduate AFTER the ceremony
Parking
- Plan on carpooling, ridesharing or dropping off guests as parking is limited
- Allow ample time for traffic, parking, and finding a seat
- There are no saving seats
- From 12:30PM to 4:30 PM additional parking is available at Church of Latter Day Saints located at 12835 Black Mountain Road. Buses and shuttle service will be provided this year. You may also make arrangements to carpool or rideshare with others.
- PTSA Premier parking reservation holders may drive to the back of the stadium to the baseball ramp where you may park on the reserved stalls coned off on the Basketball court.
Handicap & Accommodation Requests
- If you require handicap accommodations, please complete this form to request handicap parking, golf cart shuttles, and reserved seating
- Ticketed guests will be seated at 1:30, you MUST have a graduation ticket. If you do not have a graduation ticket and have made reservations for your seating, you must wait for the gates to open at 2:30pm. Guests without a ticket or a reservation may be seated at 2:30.
- Reserved parking for those that have made the request, will drive to the Baseball Ramp the day of Graduation to park and then be driven by golf cart to the area reserved
Service Animals
- All service animals will require ID before they are permitted in the stadium.
Stadium & Ceremony Guidelines
- Graduation will be live streamed, link will be made available HERE the day of graduation.
- The weather can be warm therefore guests should prepare accordingly (sunscreen, hats, sealed water bottles, seat cushions, beach towels, etc)
- Umbrellas will be allowed, but must be taken down prior to the start of the ceremony.
- You will NOT be allowed to bring in any open containers, reusable water bottles, balloons, beach balls, backpacks or air horns.
- No activities will be permitted which will distract from the ceremony. Please do not bring any noisemakers.
- Parents, friends, etc. will not be permitted on the stadium field to take pictures during the ceremony.
- Ask your graduate which side they will be on as you may prefer to sit on the same side and yard line they are closest to.
- Before the ceremony, determine a location to meet your grad afterwards as they won't have their cell phone
Ceremony Amenities
- Pictures by Keane Studios will be taken of individual students as they receive their diploma covers. Digital proofs will be available after graduation. There is no obligation to buy.
- PTSA Grad Night 2026 will have water and snacks available onsite for sale
- Graduation leis purchased through the PTSA may be picked up at the stadium prior to the ceremony and given to graduates after the ceremony
Graduation Volunteers
- Families from the class of 2026, 2027, & 2028 are encouraged to support our graduating seniors and their families by volunteering! We need you!
- Volunteer shifts are about 2 hours long. Both adult and student volunteers are needed
Graduation Donations
- We need donations of small water bottles to keep graduates hydrated, as well as items to sell at the concession stand to benefit the Class of 2026 Grad Nite.
- Items purchased from the PTSA's Amazon Wishlist will be delivered directly to the school. Items may also be purchased from other sources and dropped off at Westview's front office. Most needed are 16 oz waters, cans of soda, and snack sized potato chips, Doritos and Cheetos.
Graduation Tickets
Ticket pick up: June 10 from 1:00-3:00 during senior picnic
- Ordering is completed now
- Graduates can purchase a new gown package or request to borrow one
Name Pronunciation
Staff member assigned to call out Graduate names will be present at the Cap and Gown distribution to connect with Wolverines and practice pronunciation.

- PTSA is selling graduation leis that can be given to graduates after the ceremony

The Senior Survey MUST be completed by Wednesday, May 28th in order to receive your graduation tickets and high school diploma. Once all items are returned, you will be given a check-out card to exchange for your graduation tickets on June 10th from 1 - 3 pm during the senior picnic.
All items below are included in the Senior Survey and must be completed in order to finish the senior checkout process. There are four parts to the checkout:
1) Library Clearance - All fines must be paid and items returned. The textbook room will open before school, during lunch, and during wolverine time, Monday - Thursday, June 2nd - 5th. The textbook room will also be open on Friday, June 6th and Monday, June 9th from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm to return all borrowed items (books, textbooks, Chromebook, charger, etc.). Please return all materials to the textbook room.
2) Finance Clearance - Any outstanding debts must be paid
3) Final Transcript Request
4) Counseling
