Happy February everybody! We are super busy here at Greenhalgh Legal Services with trust and estate tax returns on top of our normal caseload, but it sure makes the days go by quickly! Please be aware there is a nasty flu bug making the rounds in our area - I speak from personal experience! Wash your hands frequently and avoid contact with anyone showing flu-like symptoms - even it it's your adorable granddaughter! Otherwise enjoy all the basketball games playing locally and on TV, and treat yourself and someone you love dearly to a Happy Valentine's Day!

This Month’s Reminders

Our office will be closed on February 17th, 2025 in honor of President's Day.

Don’t forget that in addition to your Form 1040 and Form 1 federal and state income tax returns, you need to file a Form 709 United States Gift Tax Return by April 15, 2025 for gifts made to any individuals in excess of $18,000.00 during the calendar year 2024.

Medicaid Planning
