Replacement Levy May 21, 2024
The estimated average annual cost to taxpayers on the proposed levy is $27.13 per $100,000 of taxable assessed value, per year, based on current conditions. This proposed levy replaces an existing levy expiring on June 30, 2024, which currently costs $27.43 per $100,000 of taxable assessed value. Therefore, if approved, the proposed levy is expected to decrease the tax per $100,000 of taxable assessed value by $0.30.

WASD Summer School
If your student is behind on credits, or wants to get ahead to graduate early, your student should take summer classes. Please refer to the summer school link below for more information and to registrar for summer school. If you have a specific question, reach out to our VSH counselors for more information about summer school.
Reaching Out To Our Teachers
There are multiple ways students and parents can contact teachers. You can contact teachers by email, through Teams chat, and our latest digital tool Remind. We recommend that students check their email at least once each morning and once each afternoon to ensure they are receiving information from their teachers.
Parents/guardians, please make sure your contact information in PowerSchool is recent and up to date. This is the information teachers will use to contact you. If you need help accessing your PowerSchool account, please contact our IT Help Desk at (208) 350-5300 between the hours of 7:15a.m. and 3:15p.m.

Edgenuity Parent Reports
We have enabled a feature in Edgenuity that will send parents/guardians a weekly progress report. It will be sent to the email address that is listed in PowerSchool. Click on the link below to learn about the information that is contained in this progress report.
Understanding the Edgenuity Student Progress Report
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Additionally, parents/guardians have the ability to create an account in Edgenuity's Parent Portal so that you can log in any time to see a snapshot of your student's grades and progress. This requires additional information and setup. If you are interested in setting up a parent account in Edgenuity, please fill out the form below and we will send you the required information.
*Note: The Edgenuity Progress Reports and Parent Portal serve as ways to view student progress, but PowerSchool grades are the official grades for students.
