Happy Homecoming week! TMS will be a part of the Homecoming festivities next week as we celebrate being a Blue Devil! We will have spirit days all week (most of our spirit days line up with the High School), and will be joining the High School for the Homecoming Pep Session on Friday, with the football game following that evening!

This week in homeroom, students will continue developing essential social-emotional skills through lessons that focus on setting and achieving goals, overcoming roadblocks, and making the most of positive factors in their lives.
6th Grade:Students will learn how to break down long-term goals into smaller, manageable short-term goals. They’ll explore how this approach can help them stay on track and overcome challenges along the way.
7th Grade: This week, students will focus on creating If-Then Plans to address roadblocks in their path. They’ll practice selecting proactive strategies to overcome obstacles and reach their goals.
8th Grade: The lesson will help students explore how both positive and negative factors can influence their ability to achieve a goal. They’ll work on strategies to maximize positive factors while minimizing the impact of negative ones.
