A Message from the Principals

Dear Pine Brook Families,

Welcome to the long weekend to rest and recharge after the first five weeks of school! Our Pine Brook Staff team spent the day today expanding our knowledge on becoming warm demanders to support our students culturally, academically, socially and emotionally.

Also, some of our staff and parent volunteers will also be spending time on Saturday, October 12th from 9:00 - 1:00 at Pine Brook painting games such as 4-Square and Hopscotch on our play spaces! We have some open slots If you would like to volunteer to help out tomorrow morning. Please email andrea.geglia@greececsd.org by 9:00 pm tonight! (Only adults will be able to attend and participate.) We hope to offer more delightful outdoor activities for our Panthers to engage in positive play!

We also want to remind you that we do not have school on Monday, October 14th to celebrate Indigenous People’s/Columbus Day.

As a school, Pine Brook students will share their Leader in Me Portfolio with someone once a week from September 9 - October 31st. To celebrate this accomplishment we are going to have a Bubble Day for all of our Panthers. Everyone will participate in our Bubblemania Morning on October 31st!

📱 Who to Call 📱

Who to Call With Questions is a Resource for Families

Building trust and ensuring that there are open lines of communication between home and school are essential for student success. We want to be sure you know who to contact with questions or concerns. In December, the district shared a new resource for families. In case you missed it, this linked Who to Call with Questions, Concerns and Compliments reference guide is a step-by-step guide families can use to ensure questions are answered quickly and effectively. Please refer to it whenever you need to speak to someone about your child’s progress. Whether your inquiry is about academics, safety, or services and supports, there are people at the school and district level who are ready to help whenever a question or concern arises.

For Step 1 concerns at Pine Brook, please start with the person closest to the situation. They should be able to help you navigate the situation. If the concern rises to a Step 2, please contact the Assistant Principal. For your convenience there is a list below of contacts at Pine Brook:
