BCSD Seed Library
Coosa's library is partnering with BCSD's NEW Seed Library! We have okra seeds that are available for students/families to "check out" through the Coosa library to plant in your own home garden this spring/summer. There is no cost for families to participate, but we would love to see evidence of our student's gardens! Each pack of seeds includes a growing guide for students and families to follow. If you are interested in participating in this program with your child this summer, then please email Ms. Kabel at Ashley.Kabel@beaufort.k12.sc.us by Monday, May 19.
Summer Reading with Beaufort County Library

Habits for a Happy Home
Put First Things First - Focusing on Priorities
This week, we focus on the Habit: Put First Things First by helping your child understand the importance of focusing on priorities. Encourage them to put their schoolwork, chores, and personal growth first before engaging in distractions like social media or television. Help your child organize their tasks based on importance and deadlines. Praise them when they stick to their priorities and avoid procrastination, reinforcing the benefits of time management and discipline.
