At the organizational Board of Education meeting on Thursday, the board elected Kelli Davis as President of the school board for 2025. We appreciate Kelli’s dedication to Worthington and the important perspective she provides in decision-making.

We would also like to congratulate Amber Epling-Skinner who was elected Vice President of the board!

Kindergarten registration is open for the 2025-2026 school year. As Superintendent Bowers discussed in his blog, Worthington Schools is now offering universal all-day kindergarten to families.

The district website has an all-day kindergarten page, complete with a list of FAQs to help families who are enrolling for the first time.

If you know someone who is registering a child for kindergarten, please direct them to this webpage to begin the process.

Worthington Schools will be closed in observance of Dr. Martin Lurther King, Jr. Day on Monday, January 20, 2025.

Please consider joining us at the community celebration at 11 a.m. at the Worthington United Methodist Church at 600 High Street.

As a tribute to Dr. King’s commitment to help those in need, everyone attending the program is asked to bring canned food items to be donated to the Worthington Resource Pantry.
