Art Students bring Holiday Cheer to downtown
Over 30 THS artists completed the downtown windows for Christmas on Friday. Thank you to the Trenton Economic Board for supplying the paint, brushes, snacks, and waters for our artists to paint downtown. Make plans to attend the community tree lighting on 12/1 from 4-8pm. The THS band will be playing at the event along with other fun activities.

Working Together
A big THANK YOU to Smokers Only for feeding our artists today while they painted downtown. Brock was so kind to donate 30 delicious BBQ sandwiches for our Tigers! TXB made sure everyone stayed hydrated by donating drinks! Be sure to head over and support our local businesses. We appreciate you!
Mrs. Sweet
Mrs. Sweet was selected as a docent seller for the National Cowboy Museum in Oklahoma City, completing her first western art fine art sale for the museum November 8th. Mrs. Sweet represented oil painter Denis Milhomme, watercolorist Robert McFarland, and pencil artist Andy Mast on the sale of their original works at "Small Works Great Wonders." The show and sale featured over 200 paintings and sculptures from top-tier western artists, designed especially for first time collectors to purchase original work. This event generates over half a million dollars in sales while continuing to communicate the traditions of the west to future generations. Mrs. Sweet said "it is a dream come true to continue working alongside the National Cowboy" and is especially excited to sell for the Prix de West coming up in June. This experience has enriched her fine art market knowledge, art media process, and the traditions of the west, all of which she brings back to her students at THS.
