Find Your Next Chapter: A Summer of Stories & Discovery

Summer Reading
Dear Parents and Students,
As we close the chapter on another incredible school year, we invite you to open a new one—filled with imagination, adventure, and discovery. This summer, our 2025 Summer Reading Challenge embraces the theme Find Your Next Chapter, encouraging students to dream big, explore new ideas, and grow through the power of reading.
Summer offers a unique opportunity to slow down, recharge, and dive into stories that spark curiosity and open doors to new possibilities. Whether it's through books that challenge your thinking or ones that simply bring joy, every page has the power to inspire what comes next.
Summer Reading Challenge
Ready to read, grow, and win? Students are encouraged to read at least 2 books this summer—and for each book, they can submit a Google Form as a raffle entry.
The more books they read, the more chances to win exciting prizes when school starts in Fall 2025—like:
-
🎉 Gift cards
-
🍕 Pizza or lunch parties
-
🎁 And more!
It’s simple: Read. Log. Win.
Let’s make this a summer full of stories, discovery, and fun!
Let the Story Begin--Together!
This summer, make reading more than a solo adventure—make it a shared journey. Whether you’re wandering the aisles of your local public library or exploring digital shelves from the comfort of home, take time to connect through books. Talk about what excites you, what sparks new ideas, and what might just lead to the next chapter in your child’s story.
Reading together isn’t just about turning pages—it’s about turning moments into memories. Laugh, wonder, question, and grow side by side. Encourage your child to read at least two books this summer—ones that challenge their thinking, light up their imagination, and leave them wanting more.
And don’t miss out! Our local public libraries are bursting with awesome summer programs, book recs, and events designed just for middle school readers. They’re the perfect launchpad for your reading adventure.
So grab a book, open your mind, and get ready—this summer is all about exploration, inspiration, and the magic of stories waiting to be discovered.
