Happy New Year! After a well-deserved winter break, our school has gently settled back into routines as we begin this new chapter together. The students returned with smiles, ready to learn, grow, and embrace the opportunities that 2025 will bring. These first two days back have been focused on reconnecting, reestablishing rhythms, and setting meaningful goals—not just for learning, but also for showing kindness to one another. We even hosted an assembly on Friday to help students create goals for their upcoming year. As we move forward, we remain committed to fostering a supportive and caring community where everyone feels valued and encouraged. Here’s to a thoughtful and positive start to the year.

Please be reminded our budget season is in full-swing. Please take every opportunity to educate yourself on the needs of our district. Remember, once the Board of Education approves our budget, it will move to the First Selectman, Board of Finance, and Town Council. Contacting the Board of Finance and Town Council members to approve our budget is vital for all of our schools to ensure we are providing the highest level of education for our students.
