April 14-18 is Spring Break
๐ท Spring Break Reminder! ๐ท
Dear RPCS Families,
As we head into the final stretch of the school year, we want to remind you that Spring Break will take place from Monday, April 14 through Friday, April 18.
During this time, school will be closed, and there will be no classes or after-school programs. We hope this break provides everyone with a chance to rest, recharge, and enjoy some quality time with family and friends.
School will resume on Monday, April 21, and weโre looking forward to finishing the year strong together!

Scholastic Book Fair April 28-May 2
๐ The Scholastic Book Fair is Coming! ๐
Weโre excited to announce that the Scholastic Book Fair is coming to our school the week of April 28โMay 2!
The Book Fair is a wonderful opportunity for students to discover new books, build their home libraries, and develop a love of reading. There will be a wide selection of books for all ages and interests, including popular titles, new releases, and classics.
Hereโs what you need to know:

๐ Times: The Book Fair will be open before school and after school, with special family shopping hours TBD.

Lost and Found
The lost and found is overflowing with jackets! Please come and take a look at what you might find that you may have lost! The lost and found will be donated so please take another look before Friday, April 25th.

๐Library Update: Exciting changes are happening in the library! We now have brand-new carpet, giving the space a fresh and welcoming feel. New books are also being added to the shelves.
Weโre also thrilled to welcome Ms. Hope as our new librarian. She is eager to meet students and help them discover great books.

โพOur qualified ESSA group leaders assist the students with homework and identify areas of concern for additional tutorial services.

2025 Market Schedule and Details
Shasta Market Match is CDFA grant funded to Shasta Growers Association. CalFresh recipients can double their benefits up to $15 on California grown fresh fruits and vegetables at all 4 certified markets in Shasta County.
Customers can visit the Market Manager booth for more information.
This program will go live the first full weekend in April through December.
