🎒 Students
Via Data Sync for Graduating Students and Incoming Registrants
If using an automated integration with Operoo via Wonde, student data will remain for the previous school year until the new school year roll over has occurred in your SIS. This will mean graduating students, or students who are transferring out at the end of the current year, will remain in the system until your roll over occurs.
Enrollments that start with the new school year will not appear in Operoo until the date from Wonde rolls over at the start of the new year.
Manually Update
Step 1: Remove individual students from specific groups
📩 To send forms to continuing families
- Use automated groups from your SIS such as grade level, and select the grades other than your graduating student class. This will ensure form communications only go to families that are not in the graduating classes.
- Create a more specific group of users based on ID numbers, you have the option to create a static members group and populate the group with a list of ID numbers
If you are not communicating with anyone over the summer make sure to turn off Messaging. Watch this quick tutorial on how to enable and disable messaging in Operoo to get started!
